The aim of the REICHHART Logistics Group is to provide customised, integrated services along our customers´entire supply chain. We regard logistics as being a problem-solving approach for the optimised, cost-effective organisation of goods handling and transportation processes. Our core competence is reflected in the organisational structure of our logistics team.
The ideal-typical course of action adopted by Reichhart is characterised by an analysis of existing commodity flow, the determination of optimisation potential and the definition of a clearly structured supply chain. This ensures that our customers are able to establish optimised, lean and efficient goods handling and transportation processes, as well as making full use of streamlining potential. Reichhart pays particular attention to the organisation of the flow of information that accompanies the goods. A consistent flow of commodities requires a consistent flow of information. Reichhart therefore has pronounced IT competence at its disposal and uses the leading ERP system - SAP Business One - to control its business activities.
